The ingredients for Crock-Pot Chicken and gravy are super simple.
- Chicken breasts
- cream of chicken soup
- ranch seasoning
- chicken broth or water
How to Make Chicken and Gravy at Home
Start by placing your chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crock-Pot.

Top with ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup and either chicken broth or water.
Allow to slow cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.

Once the chicken has cooked through and fork tender, use a hand mixer or two forks to shred the chicken apart.
Mix the ingredients together and plate over mashed potatoes, trust me on this!

Now this is where I cheat a little bit! I purchase Bob Evans Mashed Potatoes because I just can’t mashed potatoes like they can. You can either purchase them in the refrigerated section at your local grocery store or swing by a local Bob Evans restaurant and pick up a freshly made batch of mashed potatoes!

- 1 ranch seasoning mix
- 1 c chicken broth or water
