Jay has been making me this Air Fryer Chicken Caesar salad for the past few weeks. I figured if it’s good enough for us, I’d share this quick and easy Chicken Caesar Salad recipe that comes together in just minutes with the help of the Air Fryer!

Why is Caesar salad bad for you?
It’s not the Caesar salad that is bad for you, it’s the dressing that isn’t healthy!
Can you put lettuce in air fryer?
No! You don’t want to heat lettuce in the air fryer silly! You never want to heat lettuce up as it looses it’s nutrients, but, if you were to put lettuce in the air fryer, it doesn’t have any weight. Therefore, the lettuce would fly around.
Are chicken Caesar salads good for weight loss?
In general, like I mentioned before, chicken Caesar salads are good for you. It’s the Caesar dressing that is high in fat and not healthy.
What does a chicken Caesar salad contain?
Typically, chicken Caesar salads have romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, shaved parmesan and croutons. Our version, we use spinach as we try to pack as much protein in our diets to help those gym gains!

How to Make Air fryer Chicken Caesar Salad

Place a piece of chicken breast in the air fryer basket. Be sure to spray olive oil on the bottom of the basket first so that the chicken breast doesn’t stick.
Next, sprinkle both sides of the chicken breast with garlic salt.
Place the air fryer basket in the air fryer. Set your temperature to 380 and cook for 8 minutes.
While the chicken breast is in the air fryer, build your salad.

Start by adding your spinach or romaine lettuce.

Next, add your shaved parmesan cheese..

…and your Caesar dressing. Remember that Caesar Dressing is what makes this salad unhealthy, so use sparingly.

Once the chicken breast has cooked through in the air fryer, dice it into bite sized pieces.
TIP: Cooking the chicken breast whole in the air fryer will keep it from drying out.

Top your salad with the chicken breast and enjoy!
